Position Description

We are seeking a proactive E-Learning Administrator to manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure the seamless delivery of engaging online education courses for children aged 6 to 14. In this role, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to maintain a child-friendly e-learning platform, troubleshoot technical issues, enhance user engagement, and provide support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to create meaningful digital learning experiences tailored to the needs of young learners.

Eligibility

1. Bachelor’s degree or Engineering with 0-2 years of experience.
2. Familiarity with informal Sanskrit exams is preferred (Sringeri, Samskrita Bharati, Chittor).
3. Strong communication skills in English.
4. Willingness to learn new tools.
5. Experience with LMS is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

LMS Administration:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Create, upload, and organize courses, modules, and interactive learning materials designed for children aged 6 to 14.
  • Configure and manage user roles, permissions, and access settings for students, parents, and teachers.

Technical Support:

1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-learning promptly.
2. Provide technical assistance and training to educators and parents to ensure a smooth learning experience for children.
3. Collaborate with IT teams or vendors to ensure timely updates, maintenance, and optimal system performance.

Customer Support:

1. Act as the first point of contact for parents, children, and educators, addressing queries and concerns with patience and clarity.
2. Assist users in navigating the LMS, resolving login issues, and accessing learning materials.
3. Gather feedback from parents and students to improve the system and content delivery.

Content Management

1. Create and design course pages, promotional trailers, and engaging video content to enhance the learning experience and attract interest.
2. Optimize multimedia content (e.g., videos, interactive games, and quizzes) for maximum engagement.
3. Monitor course performance metrics like completion rates and feedback to improve learning outcomes.

User Engagement and Analytics:

1. Track student activity and generate reports on progress and course effectiveness.
2. Analyze user data to identify trends and implement improvements that enhance the learning experience for children.

Overview

The Publication Executive should typeset the assigned book with the highest precision, design the cover page and ensure the published book is of high quality within the provided timeline.

Position Description

  • Create publications based on courses delivered through Vyoma Samskrta Pathasala, ensuring adherence to Vyoma standards of publication.
  • Understand the requirement of typesetting provided by the Author / Team lead.
  • Typeset the given content using the mentioned typesetting software (InDesign / LaTeX) as per the requirement.
  • Adhere to principles of high-quality publishing, understanding the various parameters of publication such as pagination, spacing, consistency of fonts, etc.
  • Design an aesthetic book cover page and coordinate with the Vyoma standards and coordinate with illustrator in this regard.
  • Coordinate with the linguist team/ authors / proofreaders to get content corrections and implement the changes.
  • Perform other publication-related tasks like procuring ISBN, maintaining necessary documents and trackers, etc.

  • Deliver error-free publications adhering to process, quality, timelines and standards.

Eligibility

  • Any Graduate or post-graduate degree with 0-3 years of experience.
  • Foundational language of Sanskrit (either as a language at degree level, or through informal Sanskrit exams).

Skills Required

  • Expertise in Adobe Indesign. Knowledge of LATEX would be an added
    advantage
  • Sanskrit typing.
  • Use of OCR, AI, and other tools for Sanskrit.

The Executive – Digital Marketing and Promotions will market and promote the Sanskrit e-learning course, publications, and multimedia products.

Position Description

  • Collaborate with design and content teams for creating promotional campaigns.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts (both web and mobile) and create engaging content. An in-depth knowledge of the same is required.
  • Optimize website performance through SEO, Google ads, etc., and paid marketing strategies.
  • Work with the team for promotions through Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance.
  • Maintain company websites to support branding, vision, and reach.
  • Submit reports to the manager and CXOs on all digital marketing activities.

    • Prepare presentations, scripts and other teaching materials for courses delivered through Vyoma Samskrta Pathasala, ensuring alignment with the principles of Samskrita Samskriti Samskara.
    • Collaborate closely with teachers and subject matter experts to create structured learning materials and exercises.

2. Publication Content Creation:

3. Review of E-learning and promotional content:

Overview

The above position will play a critical role in fundraising and donor stewardship for Vyoma (a mission-driven Sanskrit e-learning organisation). The position is responsible for developing and assisting in implementing engagement and fundraising strategies to enhance and grow revenue and annual campaign operations. They will be part of ensuring revenue goals are met for various fundraising areas.

Position Description:

  • Research potential donors, foundations, and other development opportunities.
  • Present the organisation’s mission to donors, potential donors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Research new funding opportunities and lead the development of a new fundraising strategy.
  • Plan and prepare grant/proposals for fundraising.
  • Prepare all written fundraising and outreach materials.
  • Plan and execute fundraising events.
  • Meet the fundraising targets.
  • Maintain a database of donors, mine the existing donors, track gifts and fulfil reporting requirements to all stakeholders.
