Overview
The Publication Executive should typeset the assigned book with the highest precision, design the cover page and ensure the published book is of high quality within the provided timeline.
Position Description
- Create publications based on courses delivered through Vyoma Samskrta Pathasala, ensuring adherence to Vyoma standards of publication.
- Understand the requirement of typesetting provided by the Author / Team lead.
- Typeset the given content using the mentioned typesetting software (InDesign / LaTeX) as per the requirement.
- Adhere to principles of high-quality publishing, understanding the various parameters of publication such as pagination, spacing, consistency of fonts, etc.
- Design an aesthetic book cover page and coordinate with the Vyoma standards and coordinate with illustrator in this regard.
- Coordinate with the linguist team/ authors / proofreaders to get content corrections and implement the changes.
- Perform other publication-related tasks like procuring ISBN, maintaining necessary documents and trackers, etc.

Eligibility
- Any Graduate or post-graduate degree with 0-3 years of experience.
- Foundational language of Sanskrit (either as a language at degree level, or through informal Sanskrit exams).
Skills Required
- Expertise in Adobe Indesign. Knowledge of LATEX would be an added
advantage - Sanskrit typing.
- Use of OCR, AI, and other tools for Sanskrit.
- MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel and other tools)

Position Description
- Collaborate with design and content teams for creating promotional campaigns.

- Manage social media accounts (both web and mobile) and create engaging content. An in-depth knowledge of the same is required.
- Optimize website performance through SEO, Google ads, etc., and paid marketing strategies.
- Work with the team for promotions through Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance.

The position is responsible for developing and assisting in implementing engagement and fundraising strategies to enhance and grow revenue and annual campaign operations. They will be part of ensuring revenue goals are met for various fundraising areas.
Position Description:
- Research potential donors, foundations, and other development opportunities.
- Present the organisation’s mission to donors, potential donors, and other external stakeholders.
- Research new funding opportunities and lead the development of a new fundraising strategy.
- Plan and prepare grant/proposals for fundraising.
- Prepare all written fundraising and outreach materials.
- Plan and execute fundraising events.
