Position : E-learning administrator(Kids)

Jobtype: We are seeking a proactive E-Learning Administrator to manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure the seamless delivery of engaging online education courses for children aged 6 to 14. In this role, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to maintain a child-friendly e-learning platform, troubleshoot technical issues, enhance user engagement, and provide support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to create meaningful digital learning experiences tailored to the needs of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

LMS Administration

  • Oversee daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Create, upload, and organize courses, modules, and interactive learning materials designed for children aged 6 to 14.
  • Configure and manage user roles, permissions, and access settings for students, parents, and teachers.

Technical Support:

1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-learning promptly.
2. Provide technical assistance and training to educators and parents to ensure a smooth learning experience for children.
3. Collaborate with IT teams or vendors to ensure timely updates, maintenance, and optimal system performance.

Customer Support:

1. Act as the first point of contact for parents, children, and educators, addressing queries and concerns with patience and clarity.
2. Assist users in navigating the LMS, resolving login issues, and accessing learning materials.
3. Gather feedback from parents and students to improve the system and content delivery.

Content Management

1. Create and design course pages, promotional trailers, and engaging video content to enhance the learning experience and attract interest.
2. Optimize multimedia content (e.g., videos, interactive games, and quizzes) for maximum engagement.
3. Monitor course performance metrics like completion rates and feedback to improve learning outcomes.

User Engagement and Analytics:

1. Track student activity and generate reports on progress and course effectiveness.
2. Analyze user data to identify trends and implement improvements that enhance the learning experience for children.

Selection Process: Written test, practical test, and two interviews at the Bengaluru office.

Position : E-learning administrator

Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM, Mon-Fri
Reports to: E-Learning Manager
Salary: As per Industry Standards

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the creation of course pages, banners, and videos within the LMS.
2. Develop emails, social media content, and promotional materials for e-learning courses.
3. Assist teachers with class delivery and course material preparation.
4. Support volunteers with editing recordings and managing uploads.
5. Address learner queries on platforms like WhatsApp and YouTube.
6. Manage learner WhatsApp/Telegram groups.
7. Handle all aspects of course assessments, including registration, coordination, and certificate issuance.
8. Collect and report course data to management.
9. Maintain and update necessary team trackers.

Eligibility: 

1. Bachelor’s degree or Engineering with 0-2 years of experience.
2. Familiarity with informal Sanskrit exams is preferred (Sringeri, Samskrita Bharati, Chittor).
3. Strong communication skills in English.
4. Willingness to learn new tools.
5. Experience with LMS is a plus.

Skills Required:

1. Ability to create and edit banners, images, and videos.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
3. Awareness of AI tools.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
